ABC Nyheter launched its new online TV service simultaneously with its sister company, Finansavisen, which went live on the Vimond platform. The Vimond platform enables ABC Nyheter to deliver a high-quality, uninterrupted video stream and engaging segments for its growing online audience. ### **The Challenge** ABC Nyheter aimed to enhance its digital offerings by creating a robust and dynamic streaming service tailored to its audience. Traditional app development posed technical barriers, requiring extensive resources and specialised expertise. To overcome these challenges, ABC Nyheter sought a solution that would enable them to quickly and efficiently build and manage their streaming service without relying on complex development processes. ### ‍**The Solution** By integrating [VIA App Builder](https://www.vimond.com/build-apps?hsLang=en) with the [Vimond VIA platform,](https://www.vimond.com/vimond-via?hsLang=en) ABC Nyheter could build a comprehensive, user-friendly streaming application, including pages, menus, and more, without the traditional hurdles of developing a streaming app. This ensured a seamless experience for both the team and their audience. [ABC Nyheter](https://tv.abcnyheter.no/nb)’s new video streaming experience is delivering: - Video content is presented in an easy-to-navigate format, featuring content themes, the latest videos, and more. - Pre-roll video Advertisements. - A scalable and reliable video platform capable of supporting ABC Nyheter's evolving needs. > ‍*"By implementing Vimond VIA, ABC Nyheter has streamlined its video workflows, enhanced the viewer experience, and established a platform designed to grow with future demands,* "says Steffen Fuglerud, EVP of Sales and Marketing at Vimond. #### **About ABC Nyheter** ABC Nyheter is a Norwegian online news company established in 1996.
